We use the Royal Mail for all our shipping. Our aim is to despatch all parcels within 24 hours of the initial purchase, but this dispatch time is not guaranteed, and we are not liable for any delays.
For all U.K customers, parcels will be sent by the Royal Mail postage service selected at the time of purchase.
The weight limit for Royal Mail parcels is 20kg. Any orders over this weight limit will be sent in separate parcels.
Europe & Rest of the World
At the present time, we are unable to offer shipping to Europe or ROW.
Services used will be Airmail – this service does not provide a tracking number. International Tracked & Signed & Airsure – these services do provide a tracking number. Tracking number will be communicated to customer upon request.
The weight limit for Airmail parcels is 2kg. Any orders over this weight limit will be sent in separate parcels.
Insurance and Compensation
The Royal Mail postal services we use for shipping, provide compensation of up to £41 per parcel. We are bound by the Royal Mail terms, and are not responsible for any additional compensation.
If you require any further compensation please contact us to arrange additional insurance before placing your order.
We are only able to claim against Royal Mail for lost parcels shipped by them, after 15 working days have elapsed from posting for the U.K, and 25 working days from posting for Europe and the Rest of the World.
Where required all customs documentation will be completed by us, and the true value of the parcel will be recorded in it. Buyers are responsible for all customs duty and taxes for all shipments.
We reserve the right to use an alternative courier service when applicable, for example to ship racing sets. We will ensure that the compensation terms of the chosen courier are no less generous than those of Royal Mail.
General Terms and Conditions
1. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, if the full order requirements have not been met by the customer. Additionally , orders may not be accepted or cancelled, if we suspect any fraudulent, malicious, illegal or other suspicious factors with any order.

2. We DO NOT store any credit or debit card details in any format on / or within this website, and in the database behind it.
1. We cannot guarantee that items ordered will be exactly as described or shown by the manufacturer. We endeavour to have the correct information available, but are not responsible for items that appear different to the manufacturers published information. We will supply the item according to the item code that is ordered by the customer, however that item may appear or be revised or changed in any way by the manufacturer when it becomes available.
Customers must contact Typhoon Slots and Models, to gain agreement that faulty or unwanted goods can be returned. All goods supplied by us are covered by the Manufacturers Warranty according to law. Customers may return faulty goods to us, within 14 days of receipt. Returned faulty goods will be checked, and if the fault is verified by us, a replacement item or full refund will be made. All postage costs to return the faulty goods, are the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded by us, unless we have verified and agreed that the returned goods are faulty. We are not liable for any goods that are returned to us, damaged, that have wear from use, or that have been modified, or misused in anyway. All returned goods must be in the original packaging, and must be in new unused condition. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, within 14 days of receipt a customer may return any goods, that are no longer required, and will receive a full refund on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. These goods must be returned in mint unopened condition, so that they can be resold as new. All postage costs to return the goods, are the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded by us. Under the Consumer Contract Regulations customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from the purchase within the 14 day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you. When returning any item, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the goods are received undamaged by us. We will not accept responsibility for any returned goods, whilst in transit, until they have been received at our premises. We recommend that returned items, and sent by a secure postal service, so that the goods can be tracked during transit.
We will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these Terms and Conditions if the losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using our website, or a contact for the sale of goods by us to you was formed. We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed. We do not limit in any way our liability by law for death or personal injury caused from our negligence or breach of duty or caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Generally, the compensation that we will be liable to pay you for items lost of damaged in the course of post will be limited to that offered by Royal Mail. We are prepared to arrange additional insurance cover for your purchase items, if you require it and pay the relevant premium.
